Charge Nurse - Centinela Hospital - Telemetry Unit
Overview:
**** FULL TIME - DAY SHIFT ****** $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS UPON HIRED**
Responsibilities:
The Charge Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for the quality of nursing activities and staff function during their shift. Provides direct communication with the Nurse Director. Effectively utilizes nursing personnel, time and equipment on the unit and assists the department Director in the daily operation of the unit. Perform direct patient care, within scope of practice. Continually assess care and direct staff to make immediate changes in the plan of care.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING1. Current and valid CA RN License2. Minimum of one year as a staff nurse in an acute care hospital setting; Telemetry setting preferred.3.
