We are seeking for a passionate, enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established team in the Primary Care/ Psychiatric Division. Candidate will care and treat Geriatric patients in a Nursing Home in the area of Waterford, CT.

Position Requirements:

At least 2 years post-graduation experience working as a Nurse Practitioner
Primary Care experience
Be Board Certified as an NP
Be a Licensed NP in the state of CT
Possess own means of transportation
Acclimating quickly in new environments
Have great bed side manner and excellent communication skills
Strongly prefer practitioners who are credentialed with Medicare and/or Medicaid
