Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Positions Available on all shifts - we are flexible!

Your Responsibilities Are As Follows:

Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment
Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs
Perform assigned duties including wound care, treatments, and procedures
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client
Maintain confidentiality and rights of residents, family members, employees, and facility information in compliance with HIPPA, policies

LPN Requirements:

Current license as a Practical Nurse valid in the State of New Jersey
Skilled Nursing experience preferred not required
