Description/Qualifications:
Skyline Family Medicine Clinic, the largest primary care clinic in the Salem Health Medical Group, is seeking a skilled FM or IM Physician to join our established team of more than 20 providers, including FM and IM Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.Our patients receive comprehensive medical services through our robust Medical Group of more than 250 providers and 16 specialties, focused on enhancing the patient experience and providing higher levels of care coordination. Hood, and a 45-minute drive to PortlandYou may be a qualified candidate if you:Degree of doctor of medicine or an equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in medicine or osteopathic medicine.Board Certification in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians; or, Board Certification in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. Applicants who are not Board Certified must be eligible, actively participating in the Board Certification process, and achieve Board Certification within 5 years of initial appointment to the Medical Staff.Hold DEA certification.Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Oregon.
