Physician - Hospitalist Nocturnist

Practice Description:
M Health Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina, MN is seeking BC/BE Internal Medicine Nocturnist to see patients exclusively in the hospital setting. Provide overnight inpatient Internal Medicine care for specialty patients as part of a well-established, co-management structure. M Health Fairview Southdale Hospital is a community hospital with a high level of services, certified as a level III trauma center. Codes and RRTs will be managed by dedicated staff as part of the hospitalist group. Semi-open ICU model with ability to co-manage with University of Minnesota Physicians Intensivists. Procedures and vent management are not required. Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited ACGME Internal Medicineresidency training programBoard Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice LicensureAbility to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of MinnesotaMeet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
