Qualifications:
Must Haves:Licensed in the state of practice (MD/DO)Current License is Active in the state of practiceActive Practice in the state3 years of clinical experience post residencyPrimary Specialties in Family Practice or Internal MedicineBoard Certified in Family Practice or Internal MedicineCurrently not enrolled in the Medicare Opt-Out programWork EnvironmentMatrix clinical staff works with a diverse member populations, in a variety of associated environment.
