Havasu Regional Medical Center
Under the supervision of an RN, performs basic patient care activities. Records all entires, vital signs, and data using the appropriate manual forms or electronic charting. Create and maintain a calm atmosphere throughout the unit and through the shift. Monitors for any resident change of condition and promptly reports to the nurse. Assists with performing tasks that adhere to residents' plan of care and choice in resident-centered environment.
Reports to: Director of Nursing
FLSA: Non-exempt

High school diploma or equivalent Required

Graduate of a Program in Discipline Required
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Required Skills
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) AND First Aid OR First Aid CPR AED within 30 days of hire
Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire
AZ Finger Print Clearance card underway first day of hire
Required Skills
AZ Nursing Assistant Certification required on hire
