Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking an Associate Medical Director - Team Physician to join our team of professionals. We make a difference every day to patients and families coping with end of life illness in creating a center of excellence in hospice care.
Overview:
The Associate Medical Director - Team Physician will Work with the Medical Director and appropriate Manager, Clinical Team to plan, provide and evaluate clinical care. Serve on the Business Development Team and supports the Provider Relations activities of the organization in addition to input to the Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) committee.
Qualifications:
A physician (Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy) license to practice medicine in the state(s) practicing. Training or experience in caring for chronically and terminally ill patients. Strong clinical, administrative and communication skills. Demonstrated commitment to Seasons Hospice's philosophy of care, values, mission statement and organizational culture.
