We are looking for CNAs who possess the following:
- Strong commitment to improving quality of life.
- Desire to create strong partnerships with community organizations in patient care.
- Ability to work well within a collaborative environment with team members.
- Work closely with patients on a 1:1 level while getting support from a patient care team.
Qualifications for CNAs:
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- CPR certified
- Patience, motivation, and a positive attitude
- Hospice or home health experience preferred by not required
