PULMONARY, CRITICAL CARE & SLEEP MEDICINE

The University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville, Department of Medicine, Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine seeks faculty for immediate recruitment at Assistant/Associate Professor/Full Professor levels.

The division has strong subspecialty programs including ILD, sarcoidosis, pulmonary vascular disease, sleep disorders. We have a 28-bed medical ICU and provide inpatient general pulmonary consultative and procedural services. We have fellowship programs in Pulmonary, Critical Care. Teaching responsibilities include teaching graduate or medical students in the School of Medicine and patient care. Our faculty are involved in both translational sciences and clinical research.

We have a couple open positions, as we plan to expand our MICU and outpatient services. Interest in critical care, asthma, COPD, sleep, interventional pulmonology and clinical or basic science research is a plus.

Applicants will have an MD, eligible for Florida medical license, and board certification in Internal Medicine. They must also be board-certified/eligible in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care. Board eligibility or board certification in Sleep Medicine and is desired but not required.

Appointment will be at the non-tenure accruing level of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor, based on qualifications.
