Position description

The Department of Internal Medicine is seeking an academically oriented internist to join the Division of Hospital Internal Medicine. Responsibilities include inpatient care, and supervision and teaching of medical students and residents. Clinical research opportunities are available.

The successful candidate will be Board Certified in Internal Medicine with an additional year of training in advanced General Internal Medicine (Chief Resident equivalent) or significant inpatient practice experience.

Due to the complexity of our patients, at least one year of post residency inpatient practice experience is preferred.

License or certification

Must have MD, DO, or foreign degree equivalent. Must be eligible for Arizona medical license and Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or in final year of ACGME accredited program leading to certification. Benefits eligible Yes Schedule Part Time
