Job Summary and Qualifications

Performs and demonstrates proficiency in providing quality patient care during the peri-procedure stay including assessment of safety, comfort, physiological and psychological needs. Works closely with Radiologists, technologist staff, ancillary departments and physicians as care is planned and coordinated. Work is primarily performed at ORMC within the Medical Imaging Department. Service is provided in all imaging modalities. Occasional travel may also be required in order to attend educational meetings /lectures for the betterment of the employee.

Qualifications:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date
  • Utah Registered Nurse or RN license in a Compact State
  • Associate Degree Required, BSN Preferred
  • 1 year of hospital clinical experience, critical care or ED background preferred.
