Job Description
You will: Practice safe delivery of physician ordered care to adult patients in a home environmentPerform patient assessmentsProvide feeding tube management and educationAdminister and manage medicationProvide central line management, lab draws, and infusion educationPerform tracheostomy education and urinary catheter management and carePerform accurate and concise documentation
Qualifications
What we are looking for: PICC/Central line experience is highly preferredAn active Arizona (or compact state) registered nurse license in good standingCPR for healthcare providersThe ability to provide direct patient care
