Physician - Family Medicine - SMALL TOWN ESTABLISHED FAMILY MEDICINE OPPORTUNITY NEAR CHICAGO

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our team at Cedar Lake Health Center and meet the growing demand for primary care services in Cedar Lake located in Northwest Indiana. Interested candidate will be joining a team of well-established providers including a physician and two nurse practitioners.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have a strong interest in family medicine with focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.


• Practice hours include one late night until 6:00 p.m. and one early morning


• Average outpatient volume: 18 - 22 patients per day


• Schedule: 36 patient contact hours, 4 administrative work hours


• Flexible Schedule


• Responsible for own call with support from Nurse Triage


• Strong mentorship from existing providers
