Pediatric Endocrinologist The Section of Pediatric Endocrinology at Children's Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock (CHaD) and The Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth seeks a board certified or eligible Pediatric Endocrinologist to join its faculty, based at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic in Manchester, New Hampshire. CHaD is the pediatric service of Dartmouth-Hitchcock (D-H), an integrated academic healthcare delivery system for northern New England. In addition to the comprehensive destination ambulatory center in Manchester, CHaD maintains an inpatient pediatric unit with PICU and a level III NICU at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC) in Lebanon, NH. DHMC is recognized by US News & World Report as the Best Hospital in the state and is home to the NCI-designated Norris Cotton Cancer Center and the Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice. The Section of Pediatric Endocrinology offers a collegial, supportive, diverse team of Pediatric Endocrinologists, advanced practice providers, dedicated nurses, nutritionists and diabetes educators at two locations in New Hampshire. Our division offers a comprehensive Type 1 Diabetes Program, a multidisciplinary Type 2 Diabetes Program and an Adolescent Transgender Program. The successful candidate will possess excellent general clinical pediatric endocrinology skills along with interpersonal skills in maintaining long-term professional relationships with patients and their families. Teaching pediatric residents and medical students is expected, so eligibility for academic appointment at The Geisel School of Medicine is required, at a rank commensurate with experience and academic portfolio.
