Physician - Pathology

The Physician provides licensed medical care in the field of Anatomic Pathology including renal pathology and another surgical pathology sub-specialty. Responsibilities include diagnosis and interpretation of renal and surgical pathology cases, staff education, collaboration on case management, and clinical research. The pathology physician must be competent in technical clinical skills and is expected to practice within the established Medical Center and physician standards of practice (policies, procedures, protocols), and adhere to the key results areas of OSU Medical Center.

Minimum Requirements: Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), Medical licensure in the State Of Ohio.

Candidates must have successfully completed an ACGME accredited residency in Anatomic Pathology and be certified by the American Board of Pathology. Fellowship training in renal pathology is highly desirable.
