SHIFT: Days (rotating weekends)
SCHEDULE: Full-time

The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for the planning, directing, and provision of nursing care to patients in accordance with Florida Nurse Practice Act, physician's orders, recognized nursing techniques, policies, procedures, established standards and administrative policies.

Qualifications
Associates degree in Nursing or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience in acute care facility
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) required within 30 days of hire
Current CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) required within 60 days of hire

- Adult inpatient program for mental health and psychiatric care
- Semiprivate suites with each including two safe rooms for de-escalation
- Modern interior décor designed to promote tranquility, warmth and healing
- Family waiting room, group therapy room and activities room
- 24 hours physician psychiatric coverage 7 days a week
- Designated Baker-Act Receiving facility
- 6 bed Emergency Room Behavioral Health Intake unit
