Shift: 0700-1630 Days: Varied

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Exercises good judgment, demonstrates effective critical thinking skills
Flexible, able to prioritize and address multiple responsibilities concurrently
Works effectively under stress and frequently changing job requirements/situations
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Maintains confidentiality, thinks and acts independently with minimal supervision
Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location
Interpersonal skills necessary to work productively with patient, families, other healthcare staff, and other departments
Ability to work weekends occasionally
Personal responsibility for ongoing educational growth, and collaborating with others to provide solutions for continued patient quality
Basic computer skills
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES
Meets criteria for Medical Staff or Allied Health Professional membership and privileges
