Appointment of Director at Tata Medical Center, Kolkata, India

The Tata Medical Center (TMC) is a 437-bed tertiary cancer center started in 2011 and operated as a charity by the Tata Medical Centre Trust (TMCT) with Mr. Ratan N. Tata as the Chairman. It provides a wide spectrum of services for cancer from diagnosis & therapy to rehabilitation and palliative care. The Institution's objective is to excel in Service, Education and Research.

TMCT invites applications for the position of Director, who will provide the leadership required to achieve the institution’s vision and mission.  Applicants must possess a Post Graduate Medical Degree from an Indian (recognized by NMC or equivalent) or International University, preferably with specialization in oncology. Experience in administration, research and medical education with documented ability to develop and manage a clinical department is preferred. The applicant should have a minimum of 20 years of working experience as a Clinical Specialist in a Hospital. The Director will report to the TMCT Board of Trustees in all matters and will follow the directives of the Board with regard to management of TMC.
