The University of Chicago's Department of Medicine, Section of Cardiology, is seeking a full-time faculty member to join the Cardiac Imaging Program. The successful candidate will join an established group of internationally-known physicians.
Prior to the start of employment, an individual must possess the following qualifications: (1) have an MD or equivalent (2) be board certified or eligible in internal medicine, cardiology or echocardiography (3) have broad knowledge of 3D echocardiography (4) be trained, certified and have experience in cardiac MR/CT (5) have cardiac imaging experience and (6) hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the state of Illinois. The successful candidate will have inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, will supervise and teach residents and cardiology fellows and participate in scholarly activities.
