The Division of Gastroenterology at Massachusetts General Hospital welcomes applications from qualified individuals for clinical positions in our General Gastroenterology program. We are seeking gastroenterologists with an interest in General GI care in either a community or academic setting. The community role may include the opportunity for a leadership position as Medical Director of our Waltham and Danvers sites. The MGH GI Division is at the forefront of clinical care, fellowship training, and investigation in gastroenterology and hepatology. Successful candidates will possess strong consultative and endoscopic skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Applicants should be committed to teaching as a requirement for this position and demonstrated success in the supervision and education of trainees is desirable. Candidates must possess proficiency in the management of gastrointestinal health and must be board certified in gastroenterology. Initial appointment can be at the Instructor, Assistant, or Associate Professor level at Harvard Medical School commensurate with qualifications, and in the Gastroenterology Division, MGH.
