In keeping with our organization's goal of improving the lives of the Resident's we serve, the Registered Nurse provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all Residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.

Some of the job requirements are:
Give medication as prescribed by a physician
Take vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight
Responsible for basic wound care including cleaning and bandaging injured areas
Give injections of medication and immunizations
Take medical histories
Enter information into computer system

Preferred Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Graduate from and accredited nursing program.
Current State License as a Registered Nurse.
