Home Health Registered Nurse
Full Time (30 visits per week)

POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY:
The Home Health Registered Nurse assesses, observes, evaluates, administers skilled nursing care and teaches activities under a physician's plan of treatment to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of the agency's clients in their homes. RN is responsible for the total management/complete coordination of services provided to assigned cases.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current professional Licensure by the State of Indiana Health Professions Bureau and a copy of diploma. Successful completion of Home Health Nursing Orientation Programs. Obtains and maintains current certification (CPR) and other skills required by home health agency policy.Must have no less than one year experience in acute care setting as an RN prior to Home Care assignment or experience as required by State regulations. Must have over one year's experience as a RN. Prefer 2-3 years' experience in Home Health.
