2019 Bressler Prize in Vision Science

Open to established mid-career vision clinicians or scientists whose leadership, research and service have led to substantive advancements in the understanding of vision loss, the treatment of eye disease or the rehabilitation of people with vision loss. Nominees should be clinically and/or scientifically accomplished. Scientific accomplishment must exhibit immediate clinical relevance.

The prize of $54,000 will be awarded at the Alfred W. Bressler Vision Science Symposium to be held in New York City in the fall of 2019.

2019 Pisart Award in Vision Science

CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

Closing date for nominations and receipt of all supporting documents is December 31, 2018 Open to early-career vision clinicians, scientists or clinician-scientists, generally fewer than ten years following completion of last degree or training. Their independent, noteworthy, innovative and scholarly contributions have demonstrated substantial influence on vision care and/or vision science with a proven record of accomplishment.
