Come join our Integrated Behavioral Health - Primary Care practice!  Enhanced collaboration by physically practicing side-by-side with other Clinicians caring for the same patients, using the same EMR.  We integrate Behavioral Health and Psychiatric services with Primary Care and other clinical disciplines. Thus, we combine the best traditions of primary care (adult, pediatrics, family medicine, ObGyn) and mental health services as an integrated health care team, able to treat the whole person - mind and body. In this way we believe patient needs are most effectively and cohesively met.

Our Therapists work within our primary care offices. We collaborate in the same EMR with no artificial electronic "walls" between different Provider specialties. In this way we all have access to each client's/patient's medical and therapy records, treatment plans, family history, and other determinants of health. All of this gives us our greatest opportunity to provide the most holistic care for each patient.

Our Behavioral Health Team includes 10 Therapists, 3 Psychiatrists (1 Bilingual Spanish-speaking Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist, another Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist and 1 Adult Psychiatrist), 4 Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, 10 Social Workers, 6 Patient Navigators, a Behavioral Health RN and more. Our Therapists, Psychiatric and Medical providers are physically co-located at 9 practice locations in Indianapolis. This facilitates patients' timely assessments, interventions and consultations for patients by their Providers. Our services include evaluation, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, behavioral management and client/patient education.

Therapists perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for their clients/patients. . They conduct and coordinate mental health counseling to include, but is not limited to, family, marriage, drug/alcohol use and social assessments. They complete diagnostic summaries and communicate assessment findings and recommendations across our treatment teams. They also at times provide crisis intervention and other appropriate mental health services for which they are trained and have experience to provide.

Requires Master’s degree or Doctorate as well as either an LCSW or Psychology license in Indiana. Prefer certification in the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. Full-time position and Spanish or Burmese language skills preferred.
