The Department of Dermatology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center / Harvard Medical School is seeking an academic medical dermatologist with interests in contact dermatitis and patch testing. Our department is equipped with the North American Patch Testing series. Departmental support for further training in patch testing is available.

Our department provides unique opportunities for medical dermatologists to teach and practice at the Medical Center in the Longwood Medical Area and/or our department’s state of the art practice in Chestnut Hill. As a principle Harvard teaching hospital, we provide training for Harvard students and residents as they begin to focus their careers to one field of medicine. Ideal candidates must have excellent clinical skills and a passion for teaching, conducting research, and working with trainees. The candidate should be board eligible or certified for appointment at Harvard Medical School. A commitment to the values of an academic environment is required. Research is encouraged.

The compensation package includes an excellent base salary, an incentive program, and generous fringe benefits.
