Job Details
The Practice:
• Join a Growing Multispecialty Group of 86 providers
• 4.5 Day Week, Outpatient only, No call
• Control your schedule - No one mandates and tells you how to practice
• Established panel who graciously loves their doctor
• Act as the solo physician, however the current doc will work by you to slowly transition his panel over to you. Full support staff with your right hand PA that has been there for years.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Guaranteed initial Base for 2 years with generous tiered wRVU productivity incentive bonus promising income of greater than 280,000 - 300,000
• Generous benefits package includes full health, 6 weeks PTO malpractice, 401(k) annual employer contribution of 10% match, shareholder in group after 2 years
• 150K Sign on to use on what you wish, buying a home, paying off some loans etc with an additional 20K relocation assistance.
