DIVISION OF PULMONARY, CRITICAL CARE AND SLEEP MEDICINE

 

The Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University seeks faculty for immediate recruitment in the Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine Division.  The Division has an accredited cystic fibrosis center and is a national referral center for hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) and pulmonary vascular disease. We have a strong Pulmonary, Critical Care fellowship program with busy critical care and sleep services. Our faculty collaborate with investigators in the Vascular Biology Center and the Georgia Cancer Center, BMT and renal transplant. In addition to medical ICU coverage, we also provide consultative services for neuro-critical care patients. The Medical College of Georgia is competitive program and enrolls 230 students in the MD program annually. We have several openings as we plan to expand our outpatient and ICU services. Interest in critical care, palliative care, hematological critical care, sarcoidosis, asthma, COPD, sleep, lung cancer, interventional pulmonology and clinical research is a plus.
