Orthodontics/Open Rank – The Medical University of South Carolina, James B. Edwards College of Dental Medicine is seeking applications for two full-time faculty positions in the Department of Orthodontics.

Primary areas of responsibility include active participation in both graduate and predoctoral teaching, research and patient care components of the program.  The successful candidates must have a creative and positive attitude toward maintaining a team-oriented work environment. Opportunities are available for intramural faculty practice.

Required qualifications include a D.M.D., D.D.S. degree or equivalent and advanced training in Orthodontics with ABO Board eligibility. Academic rank and salary will be based on the candidate’s qualifications and commensurate with level of experience.  Located in the beautiful city of Charleston, South Carolina, the Orthodontic Department is seeking applicants with demonstrated expertise in didactic and clinical teaching, patient care, scholarship and program administration.  Review of candidates will begin immediately, and applications will be accepted until the position is filled.  MUSC is an EEO/AA employer—minorities and women encouraged to apply.
