Clinical cardiac electrophysiologist

CARDIAC ELECTROPHYSIOLOGIST

Michigan Medicine is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible clinical cardiac electrophysiologist.

Candidates in this position will:

1. assess, consult, and treat patients with cardiac rhythm disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
2. be responsible for the teaching of medical students, residents, and cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology fellows.
3. be required to live in/near Muskegon or Grand Rapids, Michigan, to provide clinical services at outreach programs in Muskegon and Grand Rapids, as well as regular rotations at our campus in Ann Arbor.
4. have outstanding clinical and interpersonal skills, and be able to access and input electronic medical documentation.
5. initiate and engage in active clinical research programs.

Academic rank and compensation are dependent upon qualifications.
