Assistant, Associate or Full Professor (In Residence, Adjunct, Clinical X, HS Clinical) Breast Imaging

The Department of Radiology at UC San Diego (http://radiology.ucsd.edu) is committed to academic excellence and diversity within the faculty, staff, and student body. The department is seeking a full-time faculty member to participate as a Breast Imaging faculty member.

The candidate is expected to participate fully in all the clinical activities of the division and will be responsible for interpreting mammogram, breast US and MRI, image guided breast interventions and diagnostic radiology. The candidate will teach fellows, residents, medical students, and visiting scholars and participate in division educational and administrative activities.

Candidates must have an MD, board certification in radiology, Breast Imaging or Woman's Imaging fellowship, and active California Medical license or be eligible for a California license. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated academic productivity and scholarship and exemplary clinical care and teaching in the field of breast imaging.

The appropriate series and appointment at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and based on the University of California pay scales. Appointments may require candidates to be self-funded.
