Pulmonary Critical Care/Intensivist Opportunity in Northern Indiana

Beacon Medical Group Specialists – RiverPointe, a division of Beacon Health System, is seeking to add a BC/BE Pulmonary/Critical care physician to provide both inpatient and outpatient services.  The inpatient coverage at Elkhart General Hospital includes the critical care unit, which is a closed unit, and pulmonary consults every other week. This is not in-house coverage.  Inpatient will be a larger work load, but there will be a good balance with outpatient or nocturnist.

Elkhart General Hospital has a 24 bed ICU providing a multi-disciplinary team approach to care including the intensivists, a nurse practitioner, nurses, pharmacy, case management and others. The unit enjoys high qualify scores in clinical outcomes and customer service.
