The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Emory University School of Medicine, invites applications for tenure eligible positions at all academic levels (Assistant, Associate and Full Professor) within the broad field of Experimental Pathology, especially in the fields of (i) cancer; (ii) neuropathology; (iii) mucosal immunology & microbiome; and (iv) transfusion medicine. However superb candidates from ALL areas of Experimental Pathology are encouraged to apply.

Applicants are expected to have a Ph.D., M.D., M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree, in conjunction with a record of strong postdoctoral training or established research program. Ideal candidates will be collaborative scientists that bring new perspectives to the Department. The successful candidate will be expected to establish and maintain a vigorous extramurally funded research program, and to participate in our strong graduate and medical student training programs through mentorship and teaching. The primary criteria for selection will be excellence and creativity in research and scholarship.
