NW Oklahoma - Small Town FM Practice with Competitive Salary & Supportive Team
Okeene Municipal Hospital is is seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to step into a ready-built practice. Okeene Municipal Hospital is a city-owned, not-for-profit, 17-bed critical access hospital with a primary service area of 1,156 and a secondary service area of 12,000. The ED is a 2-bed, level IV trauma center with 1,200 annual visits. The hospital has no ICU and the average daily inpatient census is 2. There are no obstetrics services, however tele-hospitalist services are in place. The EMR system for the clinic and hospital is Epic.
Practice Details:
The Provider team in Okeene includes one full-time physician and 2 full-time physician assistants. One visiting physician does colonoscopy and EGD
• s monthly.
Our new physician will be working in the outpatient clinic, in addition to providing ED and rare inpatient coverage. Physicians can expect to see 18-20 patients per day in the clinic. Each provider has a dedicated LPN and specialty support is provided via telemedicine.
Physicians typically work a 4.5 day work week in the clinic. Call includes 6 days per month (1 weekday/night and 1 weekend per month). On a call day, physicians can expect to see about 4 ED patients.

Compensation Details:
- Base Salary: $240,000.00 for life of contract (could increase based on number of ER calls)
- Contract Length: 2-3 Years
- Production/Bonus Structure: $45 per wRVU above 5,000 threshold
- Call Pay: $1k per day above 1:4
- Sign on Bonus: $10,000.00
- Student Loan Repayment: Candidate can apply through Oklahoma Physician Manpower Training Commission to receive up to $200k over 4 years
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000.00
- PTO: 31 Days 1st year with increases over years of service
- CME Allowance: $3,000.00 per year/ 5 days per year
