Overview:
Located in the Phoenix, Ariz. , suburb of Chandler, the Chandler Regional Medical Center is a 338-bed, not-for-profit hospital with more than 2,500 employees and almost 1,000 doctors on staff representing all major specialties. Chandler Regional joined the Dignity Health system in 1999, but has been part of the community for more than 50 years. The hospital includes a Level I Trauma Center, a Heart and Vascular Center, a Wound Healing Center, a Family Birth Center and many additional services. During the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016, Chandler Regional provided more than $48 million in community benefit. As a result of Dignity Health's mission to deliver health care and partner with the community, nearly 100,000 people in the East Valley were reached through community health services. The Emergency Services DEPARTMENT at Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center is a dynamic environment where you can pursue a highly challenging and rewarding career. We have been in the community addressing emergent needs for more than 50 years and are ready to handle everything from minor emergencies to the most life threatening situations.
Level One Trauma Center
Accredited Chest Pain Center
Designated Cardiac Arrest Center
Primary Stroke Center
Board certified doctors and registered nurses trained in adult and pediatric emergency medicine
State of the Art equipment
Self-Scheduling
Provides oversight of the activities on a nursing unit during a specific shift including serving as a resource to staff, directing patient flow, assuring appropriate utilization of resources, and providing oversight for the provision of quality care in a manner satisfying to patients.

Qualifications
Minimum:
ADN, Diploma, BSN or Foreign Equivalent.
Two (2) years RN experience within applicable clinical specialty
Current AZ State RN License in good standing.
Current BLS card. (American Heart required)
Current ACLS card within 9 months of hire
PALS or ENPC within 12 months of hire.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
NCC or equivalent required within 1 year of hire.
Basic Computer Skills including MS Office Suites
Preferred:
Charge Nurse experience
BSN
