Charles George VA Medical Center in Asheville, NC provides a broad range of tertiary cardiac services to Veterans across Western North Carolina and the Appalachian Mountains. The Division of Cardiology is seeking to recruit a non-invasive cardiologist. The Division offers advanced cardiovascular services including all varieties of common and complex cardiovascular disorders. Our advanced services include:

Cardiac catheterization laboratory performing diagnostic catheterizations and coronary interventions Advanced interventional cardiology equipment for coronary and peripheral interventions Nuclear stress tests Transthoracic, transesophageal echocardiography, 3D echocardiography Cardiac CT Inpatient and outpatient consultations

Candidates must have MD or MD/PhD. US Citizenship required. Complete accredited US training in Internal Medicine and Cardiology is required. The candidate must be BC/BE in Cardiovascular Medicine.
