DERMATOLOGIST

Maine Medical Partners is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Dermatologist to join their Dermatology practice in Portland, Maine. 

Candidates will be joining a BC dermatologist and an Advanced Practice Provider.  This is a FT outpatient opportunity, with a large built-in referral base of primary care and specialty care providers. Maine Medical Partners, an organization within Maine Medical Center, cares for a population of primary care patients totaling over 75,000 people.  In addition to these patients, our specialty practices reach patients throughout Maine and into parts of New Hampshire.  We have identified Dermatology to be the single largest referral need in our practice group, and we are committed to continuing to build a high quality Dermatology practice enterprise to meet the needs of our patients.

The successful candidate will be employed by Maine Medical Partners (MMP), a subsidiary of Maine Medical Center and Maine’s largest multi-specialty group.  MMP serves the health care needs of patients throughout Maine and Northern New England.  This high quality team of more than 500 physicians and 200 advanced practice professionals provides a wide range of hospital based, primary, specialty, and sub-specialty adult and pediatric care delivered throughout a network of 30 locations across the State and acts as a regional referral network.  The dermatology clinic is housed in a new facility with state of the art skin cancer detection modalities including confocal microscopy and total body photography.
