The Kaplan-Amonette Department of Dermatology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis seeks academic medical dermatologists to join its growing faculty.  There are full-time and part-time positions available, tenure track and non-tenure track positions (rank to be determined by credentials and experience).  Successful candidates must have a MD or DO degree and be eligible for full, unrestricted medical licensure in the state of Tennessee.  Must be board-certified/board-eligible.

The Department of Dermatology is growing and aims to establish itself as a premier dermatology resource in the region.  We seek additional medical dermatologist to provide outstanding clinical care and to participate in our educational and clinical research activities.  We serve a diverse and often complicated patient population.  A candidate with an interest and/or expertise in the management of complex medical/dermatologic diseases would be particularly attractive.  There is potential for collaboration with other College of Medicine departments, as well as other health care fields represented on campus, including dentistry, pharmacy, nursing and allied health.  We have a long-standing, very successful residency program (first established in 1967), and all faculty are active in resident and medical student education.

Our academic offices and new clinical space are together on the medical center campus and in close proximity to several regional medical centers including the Memphis VA Medical Center and LeBonheur Children’s Hospital.

Interested parties should submit their CV to:
