The Division of Hematology-Oncology of the Department of Internal Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of the American University of Beirut (AUB) and the Naef K. Basile Cancer Institute (NKBCI) at the AUB Medical Center (AUBMC) are seeking candidates for a full-time faculty position as a Hematologist in the rank of Assistant Professor or higher rank. Candidates must be board-certified and skilled in the field of Hematology with particular expertise in malignant conditions.

Candidates must have displayed an established record in pursuing a career in academic and clinical medicine as evidenced by publications and funding. The candidate is expected to participate in the research activities of the division and perform independent and collaborative research. The successful applicant’s responsibilities will also include inpatient and outpatient clinical care, post-graduate supervision and training of residents and fellows, and teaching of medical students.
