Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant (NP/PA)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8 Pay Rate: $58.00 - 70.00

This facility is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 11a-7p and every other weekend rotation (40-hour week total)
• Job Setting: Outpatient Primary Care treating ages 6 and up
• Types of Cases: -"Same Day" visits which are episodic one-off issues, along with, Physicals, Medicare Wellness, and Preventive Care.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days.
