* Multiple locations in Northwest Indiana
* Mon-Fri, 8-5 40 hours a week.
* On call - Varies from location
* Approx. 20 patients per day ( depending on location)
* 100% outpatient. (may have options for IP)
* New grads will be considered.
* Also open to Internal Med physicians that will see ages 10+.
* Salary - Benefits - Sign on relocation -
* Loan repay through HRSA

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
