* Monday-Friday
* Patient panel cap of*450*
* *Hybrid Telemedicine Model (Part Clinic with Part Telemedicine) *
* Multiple leadership opportunities with encouraged and outlined advancement tracks
* Dedicated in-house staff, to include Nursing services, Case Managers, Social Workers, and Consultants
