- 1) an experienced physician to serve as ED Chair
- 2) an experienced physician to serve as ED Residency Program Director
Chair and Program Director will work closely with each other, as well as Inhospital Physicians and Hospital Administration.
JOB SUMMARY
Highlights:
- 45 ED beds, Level 3 Trauma Unit treating over 48K patients annually
- Emergency Department residency program with 18 residents
- Paid relocation
Qualifications of ED Chair:
- Prior ED Clinical Leadership Experience and Operations experience in a similar setting
- Ability to oversee and meet/excel ED Performance metrics
- Ensure that IHP and Client goals and objectives are met
Qualifications of ED Residency Program Director:
- Prior experience as a Residency Program Director or Associate Program Director
- Well-versed an experienced with ACGME requirements
- Ability to oversee and train the core faculty
- Ensure that program goals and objectives are met
