Job Details

Preferred Experience

• Registered Nurse License from an accredited school
• 1 year of Supervisory experience
• 3 years of skilled nursing, post acute care or long term care experience
  

Day to Day

• Lead the 101 bed skilled nursing team
• Ensure high standards of quality care to patients
• Ensure that staff is properly certified and abides by organizational and federal standards
• Create new policies and update existing policies
• Implement quality improvement programs
• Maintain relationships with healthcare providers and hospitals
• Supported by the corporate operations teams, human resources and recruiting
