Registered Nurse (RN)

DaVita is hiring a Registered Nurse to float in the greater Dayton area.
Dialysis Experience is NOT required. We offer 9 - 12 weeks of dialysis training upon employment.

• Paid mileage and schedules made in advance
• Work 3 - 4 shifts per week, shifts are 10 - 14hrs at a time
• Operational days are Monday - Saturday, closed on Sundays
• Operational hours are 4:00AM - 11:00PM, varying by location

What does a successful RN look like?

• At least 1 year of hands on nursing experience
• Experience within fast paced settings such as ER, CCU, ICU, MedSurg and Dialysis (Hemo, PD, HHD, CRRT) ideal
• ADN / BSN / Diploma in Nursing with an active current RN license in Michigan
• Confident in working independently as floor lead for patients and team of PCTs
• Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Someone who is eager to learn and expand their nursing experience
