• Clinical Role:

  • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible hospitalist
  • Join established group with multiple established contracts
  • Day shifts only- no procedures. Open ICU- rounding only
  • Specialty back up 100% of time
  • NP nocturnist program
  • Schedule is not 7x7. Work shorter 10 hr shifts (7a-5p)
  • Typically 5 on, 4 off blocks
  • Physicians always leave at 5pm and cover their own patients until 7pm
  • APP nocturnist program covers nights doc on back up call and rarely gets called and rarely ever goes back to hospital
  • No cross coverage requirement
  • Admit team and Rounding team model (docs not doing both at same time)
