Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Full-Time Facility Staffing Licensed Practical Nurse, looking for evening shifts 3-11pm or Overnights at facilities we help staff in the St. Paul Area. $30-$35/hour. Come and grow with us! Responsibilities:

• Attend assigned shifts on time
• Monitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staff when necessary
• Supervise CNA s during shifts
• Submit patient data
• Must be wearing protective gear at all times
• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations

Requirements:

• Licensure in the State of Minnesota (LPN)
• Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required in a home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility preferred
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Works independently with little to no direction
• Attention to detail possessing strong organizational skills
• Customer service including front-line customer and staff supervision
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with a strong focus on Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
