In-Home Support Services (IHSS) Supervisor | Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Colorado Springs and Pueblo
Status: This position is Full Time working for our Colorado Springs and Pueblo office.
Hourly rates: $33.50 - $37 per hour with a $3000 Sign on Bonus and additional travel time and mileage
Shift: Monday- Friday; 8am-5pm; No Weekends.

We are a local leader in Health Care and we are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse (RN) to work as the In-Home Support Services (IHSS) Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in the specialty area of Pediatrics and Adults.

As the IHSS Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor you will:

• Complete initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments.
• Evaluate and develop plan of care for patient.
• Counsel and educate the patient and family in meeting healthcare/nursing and related needs.
• Supervise IHSS staff.
• Contribute to the effective implementation of company programs and services.
• Administer skills validation tests and provide training as needed.
• Provide a professional, respectful, and compassionate experience of care to all patients.

Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that is active in Colorado.
• Current Health Care CPR Certification.
• At least six (6) months of hands on clinical experience.
• Prefer at least two (2) years of Home Care pediatric experience and one (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Long term acute care experience preferred.
• Familiar with vents, trachs, feeding tubes.
• Willing to travel to Colorado Springs and Pueblo areas
• Able to work independently and provide effective communication to patient/family, team members, and other health care professionals.
