Requirements!

√ Accredited MD/DO/ECFMG or Fifth Pathway for Foreign Medical School.

√ Active physician license awarded by any state.

√ For GP-15 grade level Internal Medicine only, 5 years of residency training or equivalent experience and training in Internal Medicine. This experience/training will include providing a full range of internal medicine services by examining patients, determining diagnosis and developing treatment plans for patients with multiple and complex medical conditions.

√ For GP-15 grade level which includes Sleep Medicine, 5 years of residency training or equivalent experience and training in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Neurology, or Anesthesia. This experience includes, but is not limited to providing diagnostic, treatment, and management of a wide range of sleep disorders and serving as a consultant in sleep medicine.

√ Current Clinical Competence – independently practiced as a Physician Internal Medicine or Physician Internal Medicine/Sleep Medicine within the past 2 years.

√ U.S. Citizenship is required.

√ Possession of Basic Life Support (BLS).
