Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is seeking board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians to join our expanding primary care teams throughout our service areas in Springfield, Massachusetts and in Hartford and Waterbury, Connecticut.

Primary Care – Springfield, Massachusetts

We are seeking BC/BE Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians to join an established group of providers who value collaboration and patient focused care. This is the area’s premier multi-specialty practice, serving over 150,000 patients across eight locations. In this full-time, outpatient role, you will practice within modern facilities in a collaborative team environment where all providers are connected through Epic—our fully-integrated EMR system.

Practicing in the Springfield, Massachusetts metropolitan area puts you in the heart of New England. This small city environment of 700,000 residents offers a tremendous selection of welcoming neighborhoods in which to live, excellent public and private schools and colleges, great restaurants, shopping, music, museums and historical areas. The central New England location puts you within a commutable distance from Hartford, Connecticut and in close proximity to New York City and Boston with easy access to dependable air and rail services.

Primary Care – Waterbury, Connecticut

We are seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician for this outpatient position. Here, you will be part of a network of world-class providers and facilities, where you’ll receive all the tools and assistance you need to succeed in our patient-centered practices, including a fully implemented EMR with excellent clinical support that includes 24-hour coverage from employed Hospitalists. This is your opportunity to practice team-based medicine with potential to serve as a mentor or preceptor for medical students and medical residents coming from some of the most prestigious universities in southern New England.

Practicing in Waterbury, Connecticut puts you in the heart of New England. This small city environment of 300,000 residents has a tremendous selection of welcoming neighborhoods in which to live, excellent public and private schools, great restaurants, shopping, music, museums and historical areas. The central New England location puts you in close proximity to New York City or Boston with easy access to dependable air and rail services.

Primary Care – Hartford, Connecticut

This is an exceptional opportunity for a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who is seeking diverse practice opportunities.
